CO2 Light

CO2 Light combines compact design with reliable operation, making it one of Refra’s most efficient CO2 refrigeration systems for small food retail stores, gas stations, and cold rooms. Designed as a booster system, it provides from 2 kW to 14 kW for low temperature stage and from 8 kW to 34 kW for medium temperature stage, giving the flexibility to meet a wide range of refrigeration requirements.

Each unit can be equipped with up to three compressors to ensure stable performance under demanding operating conditions. A 75-liter liquid receiver supports efficient refrigerant management and consistent system stability, enhancing overall reliability of the refrigeration equipment. CO2 Light is available in multiple frame configurations to suit different installation needs. The open type rack frame provides maximum accessibility for indoor technical rooms, simplifying installation, inspection, and maintenance while enabling cost-effective system integration. The enclosed frame features galvanized steel construction with powder coating and sound-reducing insulation, protecting critical components and ensuring stable, quiet operation in both indoor and outdoor environments. For projects requiring simplified installation and optimized heat rejection, CO2 Light is also available in an outdoor air cooled frame with a factory-integrated gas cooler. This configuration streamlines system layout, reduces commissioning time, minimizes on-site work, and lowers overall project costs.
