Description

Flatbed air cooled condensers, designed to meet a wide range of cooling demands in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. With capacities up to 800 kW under nominal conditions (Tcond 45 °C, Tamb 30 °C, R1234ze), these condensers are suitable for both small-scale and large-scale installations with low to high power requirements.

Thanks to their lightweight construction and balanced weight distribution, flatbed condensers can be installed even on medium-strength rooftops, offering practical flexibility for building integration. The units are constructed with inner-grooved copper tubes, aluminum or copper fins, and are available with AC or EC fan motors for optimal airflow performance. The galvanized steel frame is powder-coated for long-term durability in demanding environments.

For enhanced performance and protection, Refra condensers can be coated with a special Aqua Aero anti-corrosion coating. This hydrophobic barrier prevents corrosive agents from penetrating the metal surface, extending product lifespan and improving operational reliability. Additionally, it reduces airside fouling in the cooling coils, which helps maintain high system efficiency and lowers overall energy consumption.
