Flatbed gas coolers, designed for small to medium transcritical CO systems, providing efficient heat rejection in high-pressure applications. With a heat rejection capacity of up to 500 kW under nominal conditions (Tin 115 °C, Tout 33 °C, Tamb 35 °C, pressure 91.7 bar), they offer a reliable solution for installations where performance and compact design are key requirements. Compatible with natural refrigerants, Refra flatbed gas coolers ensure system efficiency and environmental compliance.
Their lightweight and balanced construction is practical for rooftop installation or locations with limited structural load capacity. Each unit is built with 7.94 × 0.54 mm inner-grooved copper tubes, aluminum or copper fins, and EC fan motor technology, delivering reliable and efficient thermal performance. The flat galvanized steel frame, coated with durable powder paint, allows for seamless integration into compact layouts.
To further enhance durability and performance, these gas coolers can be coated with Aqua Aero anti-corrosion protection. This hydrophobic barrier helps reduce airside fouling, improves energy efficiency, and protects metal surfaces from aggressive environmental conditions—ensuring long-term reliability and stable operation.
